Our company is efficient. We do not have guys in the field paying for a bunch of office personnel or expensive commercial office/warehouse space. The owner physically works in the field as do all of the other employees. Billing and other necessary business tasks are taken care of after normal business hours. We are not trying to retire off of you like it seems many other contractors try for. We simply want to keep strong relationships with our customers by being honest and performing exceptional work at reasonable prices. Currently our estimate to job conversion rate is about 90%, meaning that the majority of the jobs that we bid on we end up getting. Our Pricing Policy: No Surprises!
We will give you an exact price for the service that is requested. We will not exceed that price unless additional services are requested. In some cases it is more feasible to use a time and material cost basis when there is a substantial amount of troubleshooting and/or other unknown variables involved. When using the time and material billing method we will typically set a "Not to Exceed" amount. All of our invoices are very detailed and transparent, with a complete break-down of the costs for our customers to see everything.
Price Quotes & Same Day Service
For a price quote and/or same day service please call us (contact Benton Electric). Have a detailed price quote in hand same-day at no charge (in our normal service area). Also, most troubleshooting and smaller service items can be completed in the same day. If the job ends up being more than expected we will schedule a time that works with you to complete the job.
24-Hour Emergency Services
For emergency or after-hours service, please call us immediately (contact Benton Electric). Our normal business hours are Mon–Sat, 7 AM–4 PM. Anything beyond normal business hours would be subject to an additional emergency service charge of $75.00.
